Type 700

The 700 series positive displacement flow meter from Total Control Systems is designed for accurate measurement of liquids in the following sectors: petroleum, aviation, adhesives, agriculture, chemicals, agri-food, paints, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, printing, textiles, etc.

The TCS 700 model flow meter benefits from a simple and efficient technical design consisting of a body and three rotors rotating in unison inside the measuring chamber.
Because there is no metal on metal friction in the chamber, guaranteeing total absence of wear, there is no risk of the accuracy of the instrument deteriorating over time.

The rotors are supported by bearings inserted into support plates and a synchronized gear unit is located at the end of each rotor shaft.

The synchronized rotation between each rotor is transmitted to the indicator via the calibration adjuster, which will then give a reliable and very accurate measurement.

• 5:1 - ± 0.1% of nominal maximum output
• 10:1 - ± 0.125% of nominal maximum output
• 15:1 - ± 0.15% of nominal maximum output
• Reproducibility – 0.02% of nominal output
